Does Lockly work with Apple Home?

Yes. This directory lists four Lockly locks as Apple Home accessories, meaning they appear in the Home app with their own controls and can be used in scenes and automations.

How they connect: Wi-Fi. Nothing here needs a manufacturer’s own hub.

All of them support Apple Home Key — an iPhone or Apple Watch held to the reader unlocks them, with no app and no keypad.
