Mysa Smart Thermostat LITE for Electric Baseboard Heaters

Wi-Fi

The Mysa Smart Thermostat LITE for Electric Baseboard Heaters solves a problem most smart thermostats ignore. Nearly every popular model controls a central furnace or a boiler through a low-voltage wire. Electric baseboard heaters, fan-forced heaters, wall heaters and convectors do not work that way: the thermostat switches the heater’s full mains load itself.

The Mysa LITE is built for exactly that. It handles 120 V, 208 V and 240 V circuits, up to roughly 1900 W at 120 V or 3800 W at 240 V, and it needs at least four wires, including a neutral or a second live conductor.

What works in Apple Home

  • Set the target temperature and the mode, and read the current temperature.
  • Use the thermostat in scenes and automations, and control it with Siri.
  • Control each heater independently, which is the normal pattern in a baseboard-heated house.

Before you buy

Check the wiring in the existing thermostat box before you order. Some older baseboard installations run only two wires, and the LITE cannot be fitted to those.

Add up the wattage of every heater on the circuit the thermostat controls, not just the nearest one, and compare it with the load rating.

This is line-voltage work. If you are not confident switching a 240 V circuit, have an electrician fit it.

Mysa charges no subscription. Scheduling, remote control and runtime reports are included with the hardware.
