This is the smallest category in the directory and there is not much to say, so this is short on purpose.

Every tap here is a Kohler kitchen tap on the Kohler Konnect platform: Artifacts, Graze, Sensate and Setra. They are the same technology in four different styles: a motion sensor for hands-free operation, app control, and voice control for dispensing a measured amount — “two cups of water” while your hands are covered in flour, which is the genuinely good idea here.

Two things a reader should know before going further.

They are American products. Kohler Konnect is a US line, the product documentation is on Kohler’s US site, and these taps are plumbed for American fittings and supply. None of them is stocked on Amazon UK and none has a UK buy link here. If you are in Britain, this is a specialist import and a plumbing job, not a purchase.

A smart tap is plumbing, not an accessory. Unlike everything else on this site, you cannot try one and take it back. It needs an installer, it needs power at the sink for the motion sensor and the valve, and it is in your kitchen for fifteen years. Choose it as a tap first — flow, reach, finish, spray pattern — and treat the smart features as a tiebreaker.

If what you actually want is control over water rather than a connected tap, the useful products are elsewhere: a leak detector under the sink, which is cheap and has saved people a great deal of money, and a tap timer for the garden.
